Biercamp opened July 2011 and is located on South State Street in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
We make everything in-house by hand, in small batches, using our favorite unique ingredients & treasured family recipes. We only work with farms where animals are raised naturally & humanely using no antibiotics, hormones, growth promoting drugs or artificial ingredients. We grind all our meat fresh & all smoking & curing is done in-house. You can shop our coolers for:

In addition to our pre-packaged items, we also serve a full menu of sandwiches & sausages you can enjoy in our all season outdoor beer garden, or for take-out. We brew small-batch craft beers which are available by the pint, half pint, growler & half growler. Everything is made by hand, so please call ahead for availability of specialty items or stop in to see what is new!
